MAXOIL AMK LLP Refinery is a globally recognized multinational contractor specializing in the survey, design, consultation, procurement, construction, and management of long-distance pipelines and their auxiliaries, as well as medium-to-large storage tank projects. Our engineering services cater to both Kazakhstan and international customers, ensuring compliance with local and international standards for transporting various mediums such as crude oil, natural gas, refined products, LPG, coal gas, nitrogen, oxygen, water, ethylene, coal, and ore slurry. Additionally, we provide comprehensive engineering and technical services for oil and gas storage and transportation.

As a world leader in construction capacity and engineering technology for onshore long-distance oil and gas pipelines, we have the capability to construct between 6,700 to 9,700 kilometers of pipeline with diameters exceeding 711mm annually. We also possess advanced technological expertise to design and build 150kcm crude tanks and 10kcm spherical tanks, with an annual capacity of constructing 26 million cubic meters of crude tanks and 16 million cubic meters of refined product tanks.

Our notable construction projects include the West-East Gas Pipelines, Shaan-Jing Gas Pipelines, and the Western Crude Pipeline in China; the cross-border Central Asia-China Gas Pipeline, Russia-China Crude and Gas Pipelines, Myanmar-China Oil & Gas Pipelines, the Muglad Basin-Port Sudan Pipeline in Sudan, the East-West Gas Pipeline in India, and the Far-East Oil Pipeline in Russia.

Engineering Survey, Design, Supervision, and Consultation

We provide comprehensive survey, design, supervision, and consultation services for pipeline projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are meticulously planned and executed.

Pipeline Construction

We are experienced in installing pipelines in diverse environments such as mountains, deserts, plateaus, tundras, swamps, hydrographic networks, and collapsible loess. Utilizing advanced technologies such as semi-automatic pipeline welding, all-position automatic welding, and all-position internal welding, we ensure high-quality construction outcomes. Our sophisticated quality management system, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) system, OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) system, and operational specifications further support our construction capabilities.

Pipeline Anti-Corrosion Work

We operate multiple world-leading anti-corrosion lines, capable of building composite tri-layer anti-corrosion structures on steel pipes, applying coal-tar enamel for anti-corrosion purposes, and internal coatings. Our services include tri-layer PP or PE anti-corrosion work, FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) coating, and coal-tar enamel application. Additionally, we perform anti-corrosion and heat-preservation work on metallic storage and transportation containers and structures. Our daily capacity includes 12 km of PE anti-corrosion work, 12 km of FBE anti-corrosion work, and 10 km of inner coating.

Inner Coating of Pipelines

We offer both drag-reduction and anti-corrosion inner coatings for pipelines, tailored to the transported medium. Anti-corrosion inner coatings extend pipeline service life, while drag-reduction coatings enhance transportation efficiency, reducing investment and operational costs.

CW Series of Acid Pickling and Acidizing Corrosion Inhibitors

Our CW Series of corrosion inhibitors are used in industrial production to protect metallic materials during acid pickling processes, which remove corrosion outcomes and deposit layers.

Crossing Works

We have completed numerous crossing works under or over large rivers worldwide, including the Nile, Yellow River, Liaohe River, Songhua River, Huangpu River, and Qiantang River. Notable projects include the world's longest HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) crossing under the Qiantang River and the Russia-China Crude Pipeline crossing the Heilongjiang River.

Installation of Storage Tanks

Our installation services cover various storage solutions, including floating-roof tanks, underground storage, LPG storage tanks, condensate storage tanks, and Class I, II, and III pressure vessels. We have specialized equipment for processing panels used in tank and vessel installations, allowing us to weld storage tanks fully automatically.

Long-Distance In-Line Plugging for Pipeline Relocation

We employ hot-tapping and line-plugging techniques for emergency repairs and maintenance of pipelines under pressure, without interrupting the flow. This method is safe, environmentally friendly, economical, and efficient, suitable for routine maintenance and reconstruction or sudden accident repairs.

Pipeline tapping: Pipe diameter DN50-DN1500mm, hole diameter DN30-DN1500mm, medium temperature -30℃ to +300℃, pipeline pressure 0-15MPa.

Pipeline plugging: Pipe diameter DN50-DN1500mm, medium temperature -30℃ to +250℃, pipeline pressure 0-15MPa.
